Each year, Kagarama Secondary School organizes a solemn day dedicated to KWIBUKA - the commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. This year marked the 31st commemoration, where our entire school community came together to remember, reflect, and honor the victims.

The commemoration includes educational activities, testimonies, moments of silence, and discussions about the importance of unity, reconciliation, and building a better future. Through these activities, we ensure that our students understand the importance of history, peace, and the value of every human life.

This annual event reinforces our commitment to fostering a culture of peace, tolerance, and unity among our students, preparing them to be agents of positive change in society.

Our General Assembly on June 24th brought together students, teachers, and staff for a special gathering focused on celebrating achievements, sharing important school updates, and reinforcing our shared values and goals.
